Moving and drinking! Besides sleep, these are the most important things you can do for your health.

Drink water. Do you forget to drink? Our bodies really need water. Get a water bottle and make it part of your daily travel. The rule is drink half your body weight in water, if you are saying, no way I will drown. Then just add one extra eight-ounce cup of water to your day, then add another tomorrow. Before you know it you will be drinking enough and you will feel the benefits.

Move. Do you hit the gym every day and the sit for the rest of the day? This is not good for your health. Try and find ways to get moving throughout the day. Take a short walk on your lunch.  Set the timer on your phone or watch so you stand up every hour.  Use a fitness tracker to see how many steps you are taking. Just move and do it often. It doesn’t have to be huge, it does need to be more frequent movement throughout the day!
